Hospice CNA | 16 hours per pay period | Days | No weekends or holidays
What will you get to do as a Hospice CNA at St. Paul Elder Services?
- Provide warm, compassionate personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to hospice patients and their families.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility, all while preserving dignity and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, mood, and care needs to the nursing team.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the Clinical Care Team to ensure individualized comfort care is delivered in accordance with the patient’s hospice care plan.
- Support families with understanding, empathy, and reassurance throughout the hospice journey.

- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospice, assisted living, home health, or long-term care settings.
