There are many great opportunities for people without healthcare licenses at St. Paul Elder Services. You could work as a personal care assistant, helping seniors with their day-to-day tasks, or in our food service department, preparing meals and snacks for our residents. Both of these positions offer a great way to make a difference in the lives of seniors and help them live life to the fullest.

We can! We offer on-the-job training and scholarships to cover tuition cost for CNA classes and the certification exam when you commit to working with us for at least one year. Our program allows you to train to become a CNA while you work. This means that you can get the training and experience you need while still earning a paycheck.

There are a variety of schedules available, including full-time, part-time, and casual. Full-time schedules require employees to work 40 hours per week, while part-time schedules involve working fewer hours, typically around 20 or 25 hours per week. Our casual schedules allow employees to work as many hours as they want in a week after meeting a minimum hourly requirement. Minimum hours vary based on department.

St. Paul Elder Services offers a variety of services to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Our assisted living centers, which include the St. Paul Villa, St. Paul Manor and McCormick Assisted Living, offer services designed for individuals with minimal to moderate needs who are no longer able to maintain or reside in their own homes.

• Our hospice care offers a unique and individualized approach to end-of-life care. Our goal is to provide compassionate and skilled care that focuses on the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

• We provide skilled nursing care for both short- and long-term stays.

• Our rehabilitation therapy services help individuals rehabilitate following joint replacement or repair surgery.

• Club Gabriel is a state-certified Adult Day Services Program which provides a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for older adults who need daytime supervision and socialization. Participants enjoy a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, music therapy and exercise.

• Passages Community-Based Support Services is a unique memory care program designed to support individuals with dementia and their loved ones. Services can be provided at home, in the community and within our campus.

• St. Paul At Home offers a wide range of non-medical, supportive services, so that individuals can stay independent and living in their own home for as long as possible.
