  • Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
  • Engage residents while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
  • Inspire your team and collaborate with the Clinical Care Team in assessing and documenting resident assessments at a state or St. Paul’s specified intervals.

  • You will succeed in this position if you can maintain control and order under stressful conditions and periods of high unit activity while utilizing effective and respectful communication with patients, families, and the health care team.

    • A graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
    • A current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse.
    • Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.
